When the news that BROWN Sothearos was going to be on the MOVE, many were shocked – us included. Yet, BROWN intrigued with new location and concept to make us feel more excited of how it was going to be like. Don’t worry! The new location is not far from the previous store – it is located next to each other.

Hosting a grand opening on 26^th July of 2019, BROWN Roastery Sothearos makes the first glorious appearance and receives a lot of loves from both local and expats. Rather than showing everyone the same old classic BROWN, they reveal a new theme of the BROWN revolving around nature.

Just by looking from the outside, you can see an ambient decoration through the glass wall. Table and chair are placed neatly all around the shop, and quite a few counters display inside the shop that probably causes you to wonder what they are for. Cashier and food pick-up counters are simply seen at every shop, but a special counter for roastery gorgeously stands out in the middle of the shop surrounding by nature making it a perfectly ideal spot for nature and freshly-brew-coffee lovers.

BROWN does not focus on the plant alone to call it nature, they simply use special Lava Stones that are imported from Bali of Indonesia to build beautiful walls as well. BROWN Roastery Sothearos sitting areas divide into three zones - a chitchatting and relaxing spot, study & working space where you can locate plug sockets under each table, and the outdoor seat surrounding in nature where you can dine in while hearing the manmade waterfall behind your back. Make a break from the crowded traffic in the city, though, you’ll find a serene retreat at BROWN Roastery Sothearos.

As you always know of Cold Brew – the coffee comes from drop of melted ice dripping slowly on high quality grounded coffee - and Pour Over from each BROWN Roastery, BROWN Roastery Sothearos offers the same experience in which you will be greeted warmly and have a great conversation with BROWN’s Barista while they are introducing the coffee bean, brewing process, and how to enjoy the flavor and aroma of the coffee in your mouth.

At the same time, BROWN unveils a new drink called Palm Macchiato made specially of Cambodian palm sugar. As special as it is, you can find it at BROWN Roastery Sothearos and within three weeks ONLY.

This is not all! The brunch you usually found in the BROWN Classic menu, possibly won’t be able to find here at BROWN Roastery Sothearos as the food menu here requires more time to freshly cook making it an ideal food for those who are looking for a perfect meal with coffee or during coffee break. But when the food comes it is all worth it. Say NO to junk food!

Talking about food, BROWN has 2 new menus to offer as well – Spicy Spinach Sausage and Grilled Chicken Beetroots Salad. Spicy Spinach Sausage is a perfect match of French Bagel and spicy ingredients while the Grilled Chicken Beetroots Salad is made fresh daily with high-quality ingredients and full of good-for-you vitamins and minerals.
