With over 1,500 stores operating worldwide, Yi Fang Fruit Tea goes way back and is founded with a very humble beginning. “Yi Fang” is the name of the founder’s grandmother who was married to a pineapple farmer and she would braise the overripe pineapple into homemade jam which she would make a daily, energizing drink for her husband. This would later become the secret recipe that Yi Fang Fruit Tea is founded on.

Another key characteristic of Yi Fang Fruit Tea is only fresh and in season fruits are used with no juice concentration or preservatives used and all ingredients for all drinks at Yi Fang are 100% MIT (Made In Taiwan).

First up is the iconic and well-loved Yi Fang Fruit Tea which is a refreshing fruit tea with pineapple, orange, apple and passionfruit that makes the perfect drink for a hot, steamy day and one that you don’t have to feel guilty for consuming as it’s very low in calories and is only as sweet as the fruits naturally are.

Mudflip Milk is the other signature drink from Yi Fang that we had the honor of tasting and this might be heaven-sent for any bubble fanatics out there because look! Just the pearls alone fill up 1/2 of the cup already and the pearls are one of the softest and chewiest pearls we’ve ever tasted. The secret to these delightfully fluffy pearls has to do with the special technique that the pearls are very carefully biased with brown sugar and they may only be used for 2 hours so you can be sure that the pearls are always new and freshly prepared.
