#1 Yee-ay Sok Sor
Located in the busy Phsar Ta Pang area, the famous grilled beef skewers store Yey Sok Sor has been opened since 1984. For 35 years already, the store is still packed with customers coming to eat and take away their delicious grilled beef, liver skewers with pickle papaya and butter bread.


You will see people busy faming and grilling the skewers and bread since lunch time on street 51. Do not forget to take a careful look at the name if you plan to drop by any time soon.

#2 Bay Ang Eng
Pork Rice is a very popular breakfast in Cambodia. It is a very not time-consuming breakfast because it can be found anywhere.


Bay Ang Eng is a very popular place selling Pork Rice for more than 30 years already. The business is still going strong with customers coming every day, making it one of the busiest spots for breakfast.

#3 Plov Plous
Another busy spot for breakfast is Bay Plov Plous. Majority of us got to eat their chicken and pork rice during our elementary or middle school days, and after years the restaurant is still busy every morning with customers from all over the place coming to eat or takeaway.


Though there is not much space for parking, we will still do everything for good food, right?

#4 Tonle Bassac
Tonle Bassac Restaurant has been opened since 1993. It was one of the first International Buffet Restaurants in Cambodia and we believe everyone has been there at least twice with family since it is a very hot spot for buffet since long ago.


They serve Buffet Lunch & Dinner, Outside Catering Service, Decoration Services, Wedding Services and currently they have two branches in Phnom Penh.

The Shop was founded in 2001 by Griet Lorré on street 240. Over the years, the city has expanded fast, so does the branches of The Shop and they now have 5 operating shops in Phnom Penh.



From Belgian chocolate to pastries, Western and Asian food, The Shop has covered it all. We can say their chocolate is well-loved by our teenagers and young adult especially around Valentine’s Day and Christmas Day, there will always be massive orders of their chocolate boxes.

Such a soul-stirring sight to see! With just a glance, we can feel how long this restaurant has been opened with just its sign. Normally people do not really like duck meat for it is thick, tough, and difficult to chew on. However, this restaurant has a very nice noodle soup with tendered duck meat that you can enjoy its meaty flavor and we guarantee that you will love it since the first bite.
