Num Pang Sach Samki: the first handmade-offal-Pate shop in town
Exhausted from work or study, you probably grab a quick thing to eat including Banh Mi (Pate Baguette Sandwich). However, choosing a place where you can eat safe and clean is quite hard. Today, FoodBuzz will take you there.

Num Pang Sach Samaki has gained its reputation recently around Chhouk Meas area. Not only the taste of Banh Mi that the owner focus on, but also the sanitary and food safety. Num Pang Sach is a Khmer Pate baguette sandwich filled with many savory ingredients. Pate, mayonnaise, and baguette are carefully chosen and made by the owner. Pate is originally made of pig and chicken livers, so you have no longer worry about too much fat in Pate. The homemade mayonnaise also amazed us.
Making process is important, but it can’t be more healthier without proper packaging. The owner of the shop avoids at all cost using the plastic bags that can be harm to consumers’ health. Num Pang that are ready to be packaged, are put in a food grade paper bag. Pickle is also put in a food grade cup container.
Before serving, baguette is warmed up in the oven in 100c for 5 minutes. The food cart is always clean to get rid of flies. Besides Pate and Chả lụa (Vietnamese sausage), you can add canned sardines in tomato sauce and Pak Lov into the baguette to upgrade the taste into the next level.
