As August begins, Genki Sushi has introduced 2 new menu that catch everyone interest. Their extensive menu features a diverse array of Soft-Shell Crab with unique twists and Special Lunch Set.

What we are looking forward to is the Soft-Shell Crab Special, which consists of soft-shell crab coated in the high-quality flour that are deep-fried in a hot boiled oil and then finally combined with various ingredients to make it stands out among many other dishes. Come in 5 different options - Soft Shell Crab Sushi, Mapo Tofu Soft Shell Crab, Mantou Soft Shell Crab, Goma Soft Shell Crab Soba, and Soft-Shell Crab Salad – the soft-shell crabs elevated the taste making each dish crispy on the outside yet tender and sweet from the inside.

Then, there is the huge bento menu with many Japanese favorites that will spoil you silly. Set lunches start as low as $5,90 for either Bento Beef Black Pepper, Bento Pork Teriyaki, Bento Saba Teriyaki, or Bento Garlic Chicken. We are crazy about the package, as beautiful as it is, we do love to take a photo of it before chunking them down. With an assortment of meat and vegetables served with Japanese rice and a bowl of soup, this hearty bowl is something we’d return to Genki Sushi. (This price is available only from 11AM to 5PM).

Despite being captivated by the new menu, we still love to have Genki Sushi’s signature dishes including the freshly made sushi, crispy tempura, sashimi, and warm Udon. Or finish off your meal with Cream&Cookies mochi Ice Cream which is an exclusive dessert that you can only find at Genki Sushi.
