Happy durian season!​ Imagine how cool it would be if we can peel the durian husk like we peel the banana. The fact is, there is no such thing! But we have an easy way to do it which can save our time and prevent us from getting hurt by Durian thorns as well.

#Equipment:

• Knife
• Glove

#Instructions:

1. Cut off the stem on top and the husk at bottom of the durian
2. After that, you will see the 5 desperate line marks at the bottom of the durian, use the knife to slice through the following lines. 
3. Push down the knife for every marked line until the knife enters the handle. 
4. Use both of your hands to pull apart the durian segments
