See you all on 22 and 23 June for the second edition of The Fashion Avenue! After a successful first edition back in May 2024, The Fashion Avenue came back with the “Back to the 90's” theme. Fashion, market vendors and family-friendly event remain the key components of this great event!

For this edition, the Urban Village team invited Muoy Chorm as a creative partner and Fashion trainer to oversee the #streetwalk competition and the Fashion Show on both days.

“It’s always a great pleasure to help new models train and give advice to them. I’m looking forward to working with all of them and to giving them my vision of what is “Back to 90’s” for a born and raised Cambodian fashion designer” said Muoy Chorm. In addition to the Fashion show directed by Muoy Chorm, the #streetwalk remains one of the great attractions for this event. EVERYONE can join the competition, whether you are an amateur photographer or someone visiting the Event! Same as the previous edition, there will be cash prizes expected to be win (400$ per day) and many other prizes from the Event partners: Studio KH, Fable Cinema, SnazzUp, Muoy Chorm Cambodia and FLY Phnom Penh.

“Our Fashion Avenue is not destined to the fashion communities only. The goal is to have everyone, coming around to enjoy the market and its entertainment: couples, families, friends etc. We want the fashion sector actors to connect with the larger public. Fashion is not this secular sector anymore in Cambodia.” added Karl Diederich, Urban Village Business Development Manager.

Since Urban Village has been continuing its expansion and occupancy, with more than 2000 persons living there, it only made sense to have the markets coming back. This event is also aiming to support local businesses, independent designers, and emerging creative talents, keeping Factory Phnom Penh to stay the main hub for creativity, inspiration, and connection in Phnom Penh.

By relaunching the markets rebranded as The Fashion Avenue, Factory Phnom Penh and Urban Village demonstrate their commitment to support the local creative community and Phnom Penh's fashion industry.

Furthermore, The Fashion Avenue will not only cater to fashion enthusiasts but also delight food lovers with a large and versatile choice of food vendors. Visitors can indulge in the vibrant atmosphere of the event, just eating around and enjoying the live bands during the Event:
