This is not the very first time that Rosewood Phnom Penh Hotel welcomes the world’s class mixologists and presents to visitors the World’s Top Mixologists to experience another level of exclusivity.

On 21st April 2023, the FoodBuzz team was excited to join "World's Top Mixologists" at the Sora Sky Bar from 8pm until midnight. We got a chance to taste cocktails served by Mr. Yann Bouvignies from Scarfes Bar residing in the Rosewood Hotel in London. Scarfes Bar is well-known and has won many awards such as Best International Hotel Bar, Spirited Award, Tales of the Cocktail 2020, 54th place on The World's 50 Best Bars 2020 list and 31st place on The Top 500 Bars list 2021.

Given all of the awards it has received, it is obvious that there is something unique about this bar that can win over cocktail lovers' hearts all over the globe.

We had a unique experience with both the taste of cocktail and the work of many years of experience, combined with the atmosphere of Sora Sky Bar, making this night unforgettable. We might get to experience the skill and drinks from the world's top mixologists, but they also get to experience in Cambodia such as the culture, the city, the countryside, while experimenting with local ingredients and methods to use on the menu.
