EFG (Express Food Group) Co. Ltd. has today announced that its cloud kitchen, the Hungry Kitchen, has launched a new virtual brand, Bay Phum in its featured brands, in addition to Eat Together. These 2 brands are available for delivery, takeaway and self-pick-up.

Opened in July 2021, Hungry Kitchen is the first cloud kitchen in Cambodia strategically located at Mao Tse Toung Blvd. in Phnom Penh. As consumption for digital services increases, this move is part of EFGs’ continuous effort to provide its customers and delivery partners with exciting new food options beyond the usual brick and mortar stores, and a convenient one-stop-shop for customers and delivery partners to pick-up orders.

Eat Together is a homegrown brand developed by the Hungry Kitchen serving Chinese rice dishes and noodle soups. Available via the HungryApp and other delivery partners, Eat Together is famous for its delicious and freshly made Chicken Rice, Char Siu Rice, and signature sauces. 

Bay Phum is the latest brand innovation by the Hungry Kitchen that serves local Khmer favorites such as Prahok Ktis, Kaw Sach Chrouk, Fried Mee Katang, Lort Cha, and Beef Lok Lak. More than the food it serves via takeaway and delivery in the HungryApp, Bay Phum aims to honor the rich culinary tradition of the Khmer cuisine.

 

The Hungry Kitchen intends to further expand its brand offerings and locations throughout Cambodia. Commenting on this, Nicolas Martin, General Manager of the Hungry Kitchen said, “Hungry Kitchen allows us to continuously innovate at a cost-efficient business model and expand our portfolio with new brands and products that are relevant for our customers and in response to their changing needs and cravings.” 

Currently the only cloud kitchen concept in Cambodia, the Hungry Kitchen is available from 8am to 10pm, with last orders placed at 10pm (subject to changes) or customers can also choose to self-pick-up at the Hungry Kitchen by simply choosing the “pick up” option in the HungryApp. 

HungryApp is EFGs’ own and exclusive food delivery platform allowing customers to “mix and match” orders from the Hungry Kitchens’ Eat Together and Bay Phum, The Pizza Company, Dairy Queen, Krispy Kreme, Swensens, The Coffee Club and Bar-B-Q Plaza.
