It was a night of fizz and bubble as Eleven Degrees Brewpub unveiled their newest addition, GOLDEN SORYA ALE! On 19th of may 2023, FoodBuzz got the opportunity to join other esteemed guests as one of the firsts to ever taste GOLDEN SORYA ALE. 

Once there, we noticed the beaming excitement in the air as the guests chatted away, each with a glass of golden liqueur in their hands. As we made our way through the crowd, we were introduced to Mr. Clement Glan, the Brew Master and the mastermind behind the creation of GOLDEN SORYA ALE. 

Personally briefed by Mr. Clement, we learned that GOLDEN SORYA ALE was a craft beer specially crafted and brewed directly inside Eleven Degrees Brewpub.

Given a gentle swirl, the craft beer sparkled in the light and reflected golden glitter which reminded us of the golden sunshine (just as the name suggested). With a fragrant note, the craft beer had a hint of sweetness and very subtle berry flavors that went down smooth with a crisp finish. It paired perfectly with the selection of finger foods such as mini burger, grilled wings and tempura. 

With GOLDEN SORYA ALE in their hands, The crowd was buzzing with excitement when a surprise lucky draw and performance was announced.
