The organizing committee of CAMFOOD/CAMHOTEL Expo has announced that this year’s event will be taking place this 14-16 September 2023 at Diamond Island Exhibition & Convention Center, Koh Pich, Phnom Penh, and will also feature the return of the Cambodia Culinary Competitions.

The upcoming edition of the annual international B2B event for the hospitality and F&B industry is set to be the 13th in the series that began in 2009 and will be the biggest event for the industry, featuring over 250 local and international participating companies and brands. 

A total of 12,000 attendees are expected to visit the event over the three days.

Once again, the Cambodia Tourism Federation will act as the official host for CAMFOOD/CAMHOTEL 2023, and will also take the lead in organizing the Cambodia Hospitality Competitions. This year’s edition will also see the Cambodia Culinary Competitions with Live Cooking (Num Banhchok Siem Reap, Samlor Korko, Fish Amok, Beef, Cake Decoration) , Cambodia National Barista Championship, Table Setting Competition, Sommelier Competition, Bed Making Competition, Floral Display and Floral Design Competition, also Spa Demonstration being held in conjunction with the exhibition.

The exhibition is set to be opened officially at the venue itself by H.E. Aing Sovannroath, Director General Tourism Industry Management, Ministry of Tourism on 14 September 2023.

“As the tourism and F&B markets recover steadily during this post-COVID phase, we believe that the staging of CAMFOOD/CAMHOTEL will add significant confidence and value to the industry by bringing together those in the industry to network, share experiences and make new business partnerships”, said Mr Andrew Siow, from the CAMFOOD/CAMHOTEL organizing team.

A key highlight will be the presence of over 50 overseas companies entering the Cambodian market for the first time to source for local partners, importers and distributors. The Organizers have arranged business matching meetings at the Expo to facilitate trade and investments between them and local businesses.
