As soon as we enter the store, we can see unique​ seating arrangements divided by different floor levels, big walls and small plants creating the impression of a natural mountain in our subconscious mind. Small branches of those plants drop down on the big wall randomly and this scene gives us even a stronger sense of nature.

The manager of the store told that the architectural design of this store is inspired by the beautiful landscape of the coffee terrace. If we’re not the expert in coffee we usually see this kind of plantation landscape on the internet. 

Besides nature, I love the fact that BROWN Roastery Khalandale also gives us a sense of privacy despite it’s an open-space. Even if we sit alone or in a small group next to other people, the curved seating shape, plants and floor levels make us feel like we’re on our own and not too revealing or too close to surrounded people. 

To me, I like the seating arrangement at the top level the most as the seats are especially designed for people who come to the cafe by themselves. Not only can you enjoy the alone time doing some reflection about life but also could you enjoy the panoramic view of the livelihood around the Boeung Kok neighborhood through the giant glass wall.

As per the taste and quality of drink and food, you can still expect the premium taste of coffee and delicious baked goods and food of BROWN.
