Each month, a Dégustation menu is held at the Chef’s Table to celebrate the art of degustation. These monthly Chef’s Table events at Mouhot’s Dream, multi award-winning restaurant, are guaranteed to be a special occasion for anyone who loves food and appreciate to taste various dishes.

The illustrious Culinary Director Eric Berrigaud who worked for various Michelin stars, will be presenting an exquisite degustation menu based on Kampot Pepper with wine pairings for each of them. Rendez- vous on February 28th 2020.
In March, the degustation menu will be based on White asparagus. In April, a degustation menu will be served as a tribute to French cuisine. Monsieur Berrigaud continually strives to learn from every experience, combining his vast expertise in the culinary arts with a creative imagination and expansive knowledge of French wines.
