FoodBuzz received very exciting news from KFC that their well-known Z.D.D burger is making a comeback on 5th October 2020 with a special addon that will bring out a new unique flavor. 

This bun-less burger was introduced by KFC Cambodia in October 2019 and was an instant hit. With many requests from fans, KFC has finally brought it back and everyone is excited including us. In case you forget how it tastes like, Zinger Double Down is a bun-less burger that delights all meat lovers’ hearts. This bun-less burger uses two deep-fried Zinger Chicken fillets in Hot & Spicy flavor instead of a traditional burger bun and combines with a slice of cheddar cheese which is drizzled with KFC’s signature Cheezy Mayo sauce. 

Yet, Zinger Double Down makes a comeback with a special add on – pineapple. The sour-sweet of pineapple surely gives off a good different flavor to your liking. The Zinger fillet is a bit peppery and crispy on the outside yet tender and juicy from the inside.

We - FoodBuzz- got such a great chance to be the first to taste the all-meat burger and surprisingly found it tastes so flavorful. With the crispy Zinger fillets on both sides of the burger and its heat melting the fan-favorite cheese and mayonnaise inside the burger between the pineapple slices pulls everything together and makes the burger taste so juicy.
