Yuzu Suki just opened on September 25 this year, but has already received a lot of attention because it’s a known Japanese-style restaurant in Thailand. Yuzu Suki just opened their first and latest branch in Cambodia on the 1st floor of ChipMong Mega Mall 271.

They prioritize a wonderful experience from the taste of their soup and Japanese food along with a bright environment that is suitable for family or friend gatherings. 

The restaurant provides a great selection of soup bases, but you shouldn’t overlook their signature Yuzu suki soup! The Yuzu fruit is sour like lime, but at the same time is also sweet and fragrant like a flower. When it’s used in soup, it gives a unique taste. Another soup that our team got to taste is their Dashi broth that has a Japanese umami flavor. 

People say soup suki is delicious depending on the soup, but at Yuzu Suki, both the soup and the meat tastes good. The pork and beef are both so tender that they melt in your mouth. And if you get to eat it with some vegetables, mushrooms, and udon noodles, it’ll taste even better. 

Other than soup suki, they also carry many Japanese dishes. The Salmon Yum’s salmon meat is soft and has a creamy texture that goes well with the spicy fish sauce. As for the Shrimp Tempura, it has a super crispy shell that crunches with every bite. Next, we have Gyoza that has pork filling inside crispy wrappers. 

If you want to try something new and different, you can order the Unagi Don which is rice with eel meat that many Japanese people enjoy.

Another dish you can try is the Ikura Kani Miso which is crab meat and fat with salmon roe. They even prepare a separate grill just for you to cook this dish on. 

Other than that, you can also try their Salmon Sushi set and their Oyster set. For Sushi, the restaurant uses Niigata Rice which is recognized as the top brand of rice in Japan and the Oysters are large and fresh! 

There are also many Yuzu-inspired drinks available like the Yuzu Mojito. It is a yuzu soda that is sweet and sour and has the scent of yuzu mixed with mint. 

Don’t forget to leave room for dessert. Those with a sweet tooth will enjoy the chocolate lava that is fragrant with chocolate and cream. We’ve tried creme brulee before, but now you can check out their version which is the Matcha Creme Brulee.
