So all of you must probably be thinking, what on Earth is Yao Horn? Just to put it simply, Yao Horn is basically a Khmer Version of Hot pot. It’s eaten like Hot pot even the setting takes in the form similar to Hotpot.

The thing that sets Yao Hon apart from your regular hot pot soup is the Soup of Yao Hon itself. Yao Horn soup is packed with flavor, texture, and richness that just scream Cambodian. However, the broth is not intended for one with a limited palate.

Keep in mind, there aren’t many places in Cambodia that serve Yao hon on a daily basis, so as far as Restaurant options, you can’t expect to easily find Yao Horn anywhere you go.
