Every Saturday and Sunday, the historically sublime Restaurant Le Royal hosts its famed Weekend Brunch, featuring a mouthwatering menu of Wagyu beef along with free-flow Esprit de Pavie. From the extensive buffet, make your personal selections from fresh Pacific oysters, crawfish and prawns, foie gras, imported cheeses and cold cuts, as well as live fresh pasta station. House favourites, such as the freshest scallops, are served from their traditional gueridon, right at your table. Save some room for dessert though! Weekend Brunch boasts a tempting array of Western and Khmer treats, as well as a towering Chocolate Fountain.
