Thirsty Thursday is an exclusive buffet every Thursday at La Vue - 14th floor of The Great Duke Phnom Penh with free flow of wine and even better, live music as well!

Let’s waste no more time and dive right into the must-try dishes we had from last week but could also be helpful info for you on what you can expect from this quality buffet!

First up on the list are none other than the Roasted Beef Prime Rib and Roasted Lamb Rib. Coupled with Caramelized Shallot Balsamic, Cognac Black Pepper Sauce, Red Wine Sauce and Champagne Beurre Blanc, these tender, medium-rare roast beef and lamb are to-die-for.

Baked Salmon Wellington with the creamy and sour Béarnaise Sauce is also not to be overlooked. A slice won’t be enough and don’t forget to get a glass of red or white wine to go with this.

Flambe Parmigiano Cheese Wheel with Pasta Al Funghi is going to tempt you to Instagram it while it’s being cooked live in front of you with flame burning in the sauce pan, followed by the pasta being mixed inside the cheese wheel. So cheesy!

And if you’re looking for some seafood, would you please at these Fresh Pacific Oyster and Fresh River Lobster? I’m mouthwatering just at the sight of it.

Crepe Suzette cooked with Orange, Sugar and Flambé in Grand Marnier is the perfect closure of the evening. Live-cooked and topped with either a scoop or two of chocolate, vanilla or coconut ice cream of your choice, please remember to save some space for this delicious desert.

Last but not least, free flow of Red Wine and White Wine drink all you want! What can be a better occasion than this? Quality food, quality wine, and quality music, definitely worth the price and experience!
