Strawberry Season: Fall in Love with Swensen’s Seasonal Strawberry Ice Cream

As in most countries it is right now a strawberry season, Swensen's Cambodia has brought you a seasonal ice cream and Bingsu topped with fresh strawberries.

Strawberry Choco Lava Bingsu

Let’s start with Strawberry Choco Bingsu. It consists of several layers including chocolate, sliced strawberry, strawberry jam, and cookies. In addition to the taste, this one has an exquisite decoration. Use a spoon to dip in from the bottom of the cup to get every layers, because each layer has a miracle flavour.

This bingo ice cream called Very Strawberry Bingsu, because it is full of fresh strawberries. The bingsu is made of fresh milk topped with diced fresh strawberry. Plus, a cup of sweetened milk and another of strawberry jam are available to bring out a sweeter flavour.

This bingsu is a quite different from the other two. The bingsu is called the Strawberry Choco Lava Bingsu, named after the lava cake topped the bingsu. This bowl contains chocolate with frozen strawberries and strawberry jam underneath and topped with fresh strawberries and lava cake. Cut into the cake before consuming. The chocolate will ooze, which gives the best flavour out of it. Give the bingsu a touch of milk if you have a sweet tooth.
