Sundown Social Club is a trending rooftop bar located in the center of Toul Tum Poung market with open space and beachy vibes. This place is more suited for extroverts who like to socialize and chill out.

I started with some drinks. The friendly bartender recommended we try their cocktails, one of them is named the same as the place itself, Sundown Social Club, another was the ruby red, April Sprite. I think the two are suitable for those who cannot tolerate high alcohol frequency because I am not very tolerant when it comes to cocktails and I found it easy to drink due to its more sedate taste. However, if you are looking for something stronger, opt for their cocktail bestsellers, the Sundown Fizz and Petit Pink Gin, as they are more stimulant. They were enemies to my taste buds.

As for their crafted beers, go for Harvest if you want something less strong, it has kind of a flat taste though. I personally preferred the fruity, foamy Indochine IPA points as it was very fragrant and had more flavors than just straight-up bitterness. Snacking the beers with their crispy deep-fried chicken popcorn dipped in wasabi mayo was such an evening enjoyment.   

The rooftop space felt very cozy with greeneries and covered with tropical vibes, filled with soft rock music. However, the near unfinished buildings lowered the quality of the view and that bothered me a bunch. The breezes were so refreshing and reviving until they constantly brought up the smell of the raw fish and seafood sold at the downstairs market. For the whole experience, I would love to rate this bar an 8/10.
