Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh is bringing out their A-game for their iconic Sunday Brunch

Located right in the heart of the bustling city of Phnom Penh,  Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh is one of the world-renowned luxurious hotels famous for its outstanding hospitality service. But did you know that you can feast to your heart’s content at Hyatt Regency for only $68++?

FoodBuzz is here to recommend this luxurious brunch buffet at least once to experience what  Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh has to offer in their enclosed courtyard-themed Market Café Restaurant & Lounge.

We counted four total buffet stations with each corresponding to their specialty: Fresh Seafood, Asian Cuisine, Western Cuisine and Pastry and Desserts.

We, of course, walked toward their heavily highlighted seafood counter where there was a chef shucking plump and fresh-looking oysters on ice.

While there was a spread of our typical seafood such as steamed prawns, crabs, lobsters and octopus on the counter, we also saw some peculiar selection of seafood such as Crayfish, different varieties of Sea Snails, Oysters and Mussels as well.

The prawns and lobsters were steamed to the perfect red-color and the crabs were deshelled so it was very easy to enjoy.

By the seafood counter, you could also find their mini Sushi Counter with Sashimi Collection and Sushi rolls as well to squeeze your Japanese food craving!

While waiting for the chef to shuck our chosen oyster, we walked over to the Asian Cuisine Station where a chef was grilling a local favorite, Salty Grilled Chickens. If you’re craving for some healing, hearty Phnom Penh Keav Kuy, this station has got you covered with the on-the-spot and custom-to-your-liking Noodle Soup counter. You can also find our typical Asian food such as Stir Fried Veggies, Kung Pao Chicken, Dim Sum and many more!

Up next, we checked out their Western Cuisine Station just right across from where we were. We walked straight to the end of the table where a chef was carving a hunk of juicy looking Veal Rack into small slices and then slathered it in White Wine Cream Sauce.

With our plate of sauce up veal, we also grabbed a bunch of food from this station as well such as Duck leg Confit, Ratatouille, Smoked Salmon Fish Cake, Lamb Ragout and make-to-order Pasta.

With the plates covering most of the table, we noticed a blank space and went to grab some salty cold cuts with cheese, delicate dessert and heavenly smelling pastries from the appetizer/dessert Station.

Which was what we started out with before working our way to seafood and cleaning our palate with our personal favorite, dessert cake-pops.

If you’re looking for a sign, this is it! Time to spoil yourself and your family for a luxurious brunch at  Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh. Don’t you even worry about the kids! Since this is a family central brunch, Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh had you covered with a Kid Funderland room equipped with two designated babysitters and  all the educational toys, books and activities such as face painting, balloon animals and many more!
