Here is another street food paradise for all the street food explorers out there. Introducing one of the best-steamed pork brain spots around the Toul Kork area. 

This shop's name is “E Srey Khour Jom Hory” which in English refers to steamed pork brain and it’s considered as their main dish which is the best-selling in their shop too. This is their first branch in Phnom Penh since their originating branch started at Siem Reap. 

For now, to have an easier way for customers to eat their favorite street foods without going to Siem Reap anymore, they have started one in Phnom Penh now which is located on street 118 behind Setec institution. Here they also have a variety of street foods to choose from whether grilled, steamed, or soup. 

It is well known for the savory taste of steamed pork brain which brings more and more people to get to know this street food restaurant. There are Khmer Noodle braised organ, Rice with braised organ, Songvak (Fish cake which is wrapped in banana leaf), and more varied choices in the menu. Like the Khmer Noodle with braised pork organ, even though the noodle is bought from the market so surely it is going to taste the same with other noodles. But what makes it have the savory and delicate taste are the sauce which is poured on top, peanut as well as the braised pork.
