The beef stew noodle at «Srey Canteen» is a little different from others because there are 9 special ingredients in the stew. While we can’t tell you about the other 8 ingredients, the owner actually let us know that they use the flavor package from Mee Chiet’s Beef Stew Original for a bolder stew.

As for the stir-fried noodles, the canteen’s chief has a specific flamebe technique. With huge fire, he moved his wok so fast yet efficiently to ensure that everything was well-mixed together. There are 2 meat options: beef and seafood. Both beef and seafood are fresh which make this dish even tastier. They also added Bok Choy and sauce along too.
