A Skybar with Largest Craft Beer Collection in Phnom Penh

Hello once again, FoodBuzz readers! We’re back with another article on 5 Drunk Men but we won’t talk how good and affordable the drinks and food are or how the scenic view is from up there because you already know that. Let’s talk about something else! Something that you may not know yet.

Do you know that 5 Drunk Men has the LARGEST craft beer collection in Cambodia? 5 Drunk Men currently offers over 30 brands of craft beer, and most aren’t available on local markets as they are for import-only. But before we go any further, what is craft beer? How is it any different from the average, commercial beer?

Craft beer is beer made in a traditional or non-mechanized way in a microbrewery. Usually dubbed as fresh beer, its shelf life is significantly shorter than commercial beer, amounting up to only 120-180 days. Luckily, its short shelf life allows the microbreweries to experiment with many different flavors and aromas, and this is exactly why craft beer is way more fun! Make sure to check out these flavors at 5 Drunk Men and FoodBuzz’s favorites are none other than Coconut Cream Ale and Chiang Mai Blossom Weizen. The luscious and tempting aromas will leave you ordering more than just a bottle.

What goes with an icy cold bottle of craft beer better than a hot, juicy burger? Using only fresh and homemade ingredients, The Classic Beef is our favorite! But the crispy chicken Triple C or the Spicy Pulled Pork burger are worth a try as well. And doesn’t this tender Morrocan Lamb Stew sound good right now?
