You probably already knew Seekers Spirits from our previous review back in 2019. (Link: https://www.facebook.com/foodbuzzkh/videos/442518906617436 ) But we would like to let you know that Seekers Spirits is now changing location to a bigger, nicer, and more sophisticated. Seekers Spirits is now located along National Road 2, Sangkat Chak Angre Krom, hiding inside a front building for 300 meters before reaching this treasure. To those who love to enjoy their outdoor drinks surrounded by nature, this place is for you. And it was such great pleasure that we were invited to a fiesta, “Margaritas & Coronaritas Fiesta”, on March 5th of 2022 hosted by Seekers Spirits.

It's been a while for the FoodBuzz team to raise a toast and enjoy hearing the clinking sound of glasses. But Seekers Spirits made us enjoy a night out again with its Gins that craft with the finest ingredients. Let us remind you why we say Seekers Spirits used the finest ingredients. Using spring water sourced from the mountains of Kampot province in the southwest of Cambodia, the water goes through several filtration processes while retaining its unique taste and high mineral content. With 11 handcrafted native botanicals sourced from the banks of the Mekong River like Lemongrass, Khaffir Lime Leaf, Jasmine, Green Orange, Pandan, Khmer Basil, Pomelo, Galangal, Coriander Seed, Palm Seed, and Cassia Bark, a bottle of Mekong Dry Gin is born in the Seekers Independent Spirits distillery and ready for you to pick up and craft it into any drinks of your choice. But do not worry, if you're not into a cocktail or martini, Seekers Spirits have more than Gin - Vodka, Liqueurs, Wines, and beers also offer here. Grab your favorite drink and choose your favorite spot at Seekers Spirits! Either indoor seat or outdoor seat or in front of bartender seat, you can enjoy your drink there. 

“Margaritas & Coronaritas Fiesta” was perfect for everyone that came with friends or family who planned to hang out in Seekers Spirits' large botanical garden. The fiesta started a live music band with Milongas at 6 PM. It gave a soothing and relaxing vibe during the gathering. 

Many dishes were a mixture of Khmer traditional cuisine with western. Each dish was served very delicately at your table. With every bite of the food and sip of the drink, there's no turning back. The two were blending so well together that it made you unable to resist for more. 

Do not feel sad if you were not a part of the crowd at Margaritas & Coronaritas Fiesta! This weekend, Seekers Spirits has another gathering event that will serve bbq, giant paellas, and pizzas. Do not miss this crowd! Seekers Spirits is to bring diversity and something new to everyone.
