Besides, If you are a seafood lover, this place will not disappoint you at all, especially those luscious raw oysters as well as the meaty scallops, all of the seafood is sweet, meaty, and fresh. Aside from that, there are also steaks with the choices of three topping sauces which are pepper sauce, mushroom sauce, and mustard topping sauce that are poured over the tender and juicy steak. As for bread, they offer all types and kinds of bread out there, including desserts, fruits, and even cakes, all of which are fresh and some are also handmade.

On top of that, Rosewood Brasserie Louis also takes ordered food from their special set of menu called À LA MINUTE which consists of up to 11 dishes divided into 4 categories:

Starting with EGGS where you can get all of your food made from eggs, this category has 2 meals such as

• ŒufsBrollés: wild mushroom, Fricasseé, truffle, Parmigiano Reggiano
• Œufs Bénédicte: cured salmon, smoked bacon or Ham, poached egg, sauce hollandaise

Up next the ENTRÉES which has the most popular dishes, consists of 5 dishes:

• Gaufre au Saumon: waffle, black pepper, wild salmon, black truffle, avocado
• Tartare de Bœuf: hand-cut lean beef round, dijon mustard, egg yolk
• Galette Bretonne au jambon de Paris et Emmental: Buckwheat crepe, Cooked Ham, Emmental cheese
• Kuy Teav sach kor: rice noodles, pork broth, minced beef
• Kara Miso: Egg noodles, creamy pork broth, minced pork, leek, bean sprout, ajitsuke

The Rosewood Brasserie Louis Special brunch buffet opens from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. and is only available on Sundays, with the price of $70 per person, and the drinks will be charged at least $20 per person.
