Gluten-free Rice Crusted Pizza, the new craze!
Every time we cook rice, we end up with too much leftovers, right? It’s getting real tiring to make boring fried rice over and over again. The special thing about this recipe is that the ingredients are very affordable as it costs only 10,000 riels to make a delicious Cambodian-style pizza! Let's see how it’s made, shall we?
Ingredients:
1. Rice
2. Eggs
3. Onions
4. Minced Garlic
5. Meatballs (Anything you like)
6. Canned fish
7. Bell Peppers (Red, Yellow, Green)
8. Cooking Oil
9. Salt
10. Sugar
11. Peppers
12. Chili Sauce
13. Tomato juice
14. Cheese
15. Dried Parsley
Recipe:
1. Put rice in a bowl, add chopped onion, salt and sugar.
2. Stir everything together, add a little oil to the pan and then pour the mixture in. Cover the pan, and let it cook until crispy before flipping to the other side. After that, add the chili and tomato sauce to the other side and mix well.
3. Sprinkle cheese (as much as you like) and add bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
4. Add the meatballs (as much as you like), put in the canned fish, cover the pan and let it cook over moderate heat for 5 minutes.
