3. FCC 

Other than the rooftop bar, FCC also serves fine, delicious European cuisines to match its vibes of its location so here you can do more than just enjoy the fireworks.

4. Juniper Gin Bar 

Juniper Gin Bar only recently opened but this old Hollywood inspired rooftop bar might just be the perfect spot to catch the firework this water festival if delicious cocktails and wood-fired pizzas are also on your check list.

5. Panorama Mekong

Panorama Mekong, River Crown and Touk are located on the same building but Panorama Mekong are on the 3rd and 4th floor while the rest are underneath them. You may enjoy the sight of the fireworks and also stay the night at the hostel if you’re feeling like it.
