Easy and creative Ramen Sliders​ recipe!

When we talk about egg recipes, you probably think about some of the basic dishes which are fried egg, boiled egg so on and so forth. In order to make it more interesting and fun, what about turning a simple dish into something new and appetizing by adding only some ingredients that are available in your kitchen already. Thus today we are going to share​ ​the recipe for Ramen Sliders

#Ingredients:

  • 1 package of beef or pork Ramen noodles
  • 450g of ground beef
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 hard-boiled large eggs, sliced
  • Chili sauce
  • Kimchi (optional)

#Direction:

  • Warm-up an oven to 180c. Grease 20 muffin cups. Cook noodles according to package directions, saving seasoning packet for the meat mixture. Divide noodles among prepared muffin cups. Bake it for 20-25minutes in order to get light brown and crisps. Remove from pans to wire racks to cool. 
  • For now bring out the beef, green onions, and reserved seasoning packet then combine it all together. Remember to mix it lightly but thoroughly. Shape into round patties.
  • Cook the beef in medium heat for 4-6 minutes for each side. Cut each egg into five slices. Serve the beef on Ramen with egg slices, chili sauce, and, if desired, kimchi.
