Restaurant Ptas Nak Battambang originated from an owner who came from Battambang province and she has brought the foods which are favored by people who live in Battambang to Phnom Penh.

The best order of all time is Roasted Chicken which the chicken is organically grown and eaten with different kinds of fresh veggie and spicy dipping sauce to enhance the taste. However, they also offer Amok but use snail meat instead of fish and stuffed with many spices and ingredients inside the snail shelf. 

For seafood lovers, you can order TomYum Soup as well. They also offer a grilled Prahok dish which is very different and unique. The Prohok will be placed on the chopping board and grill. After those savory dishes, you can also enjoy the sweet desserts as well. The most recommended one is shaved ice with palm sugar and coconut milk. The aroma is so sweet and palmy with many toppings inside too.
