#Ingredients:
- 300 grams of minced pork
- 1 tablespoon of toasted rice
- ½ - 1 tablespoon of chili flakes (depend on how spicy you want)
- ⅛ tablespoon of sugar (just a pinch)
- ½ tablespoon of fish sauce
- 1 - 2 limes
- 3 - 4 small shallots (sliced)
- A few leaves of culantro finely chopped)
- 3 - 5 spring onions (finely chopped)
- About 20 leaves of fresh mint
#How to cook

Heat a frying pan on low heat, put the sticky rice into the pan without using oil. Then toast the rice until it turns to golden yellow.
Once the rice is toasted and has cooled off a bit, put it into your stone mortar and pestle or use a blender. After that pound the rice or blend until it turns into a coarse powder. Put your toasted sticky rice powder in a bowl aside.

Pork Larb recipe
- Add 300 grams of minced pork to a small-sized saucepan. Then fry the pork and breaking it into small minced pieces until it’s cooked. Take the pork off the heat.
- Leaving the pork in the same pot, add 1 heaping tablespoon of the toasted rice powder into the pork. After that toss in the chili flakes.
- Add a pinch of sugar, add fish sauce, and squeeze in the juice from the limes. Stir the pork and the seasoning.
- Add the shallots, culantro, and mint leaves into the pork pan.
- Mix the pork well, making sure all the spices and dressing coats the pork.
- Dish it out onto a plate and garnish with more mint leaves and culantro.
