We all know that is a rainy season, but the weather out here is always unpredictable. Right now it would be raining but a few minutes after or the next day it would be super hot, scorching even. And that always makes people feel uneasy. So, wouldn’t it make our lives 10 times better if we have something cold, fresh and freezie to drink on these hot days?

I. Plum Cocktail Soju
A plum cocktail is a type of drink that blend alcohol and fruits together, to give the result of sweet and bitter taste:
- Ingredients & directions:
- 3 tablespoons of Blended plums ( Put into a cup )
- 2 tablespoons of sugar syrup (put into the cup)
- 60% of ice ( cup measured )
- 1 bottle of Yogurt milk
- Add more ice to 90%
- 4 ½ shots of melon-flavored soju
- 5 whole pieces of plums
- 1 leaf of mint
Could be served normally or add additional toppings. (uwu)
II. Plum Soju boom
Plum soju boom is a drink that is just normally adding the alcohol and the fruit together, and shaking it until it’s all mixed.
- Ingredients & directions:
- 3 tablespoons of blended plums ( put into the cup )
- 1 tablespoon of sugar syrup ( gently mix the drink )
- A normal amount of ice ( into the cup )
- 1 slice of lime
- 70% of soda ( Fill the cup )
- 2 ½ shots of original-flavor soju
- 5 whole pieces of plums ( into the cup )
- 5 leaves of mint ( into the cup )
Could be customized however you want. Besides, for those who like a lot of alcohol might find that this drink is too light.
Could be consumed however you like, whether you want to mix it well, or straight up drinking it. ( ~.~ )
III. Plum refreshing soda
The simplest drink and the only non-alcoholic drink among the 3:
- Ingredients & directions:
- 4 tablespoons of blended plums ( put into the cup )
- 2 tablespoons of sugar syrup ( gently mix the drink )
- 90% of ice ( into the cup )
- 2 slices of lime
- 90% of soda ( Fill the cup )
- 5 sliced pieces of plums ( into the cup )
- 1 leaf of mint ( into the cup )
Can be drunk however you desire, adding more ice, more lime more soda, all of those are customizable.
