Indulge in an extraordinary and refined culinary adventure with the Ōmi wagyū Omakase at Yukiguni. It's an unforgettable journey that consists of nine sets of mouthwatering menus that will leave you in awe. When you want to celebrate your success, you seek a place that's both fancy and relaxing, with a soothing ambiance and a cozy atmosphere that enhances your experience. FoodBuzz proudly presents Yukiguni, a luxurious Japanese authentic Omakase restaurant that opened its doors just a month ago in Cambodia.

Renowned for its Omakase, a Japanese dining experience where the chef curates a seasonal, elegant, and artistic presentation of the finest ingredients available, Yukiguni takes it up a notch by using the best, most historical, and premium Ōmi wagyū. Every piece of wagyū is carefully self-selected and directly imported from Japan through a partnership between the restaurant owner and a farm located in Shiga.

Starting with the Aburi Niku sushi, a boiled beef belly sushi that tantalizes your taste buds with the softness of wagyū and the sweetness of Japanese steamed rice. Next up is the roast beef Harumaki, an authentic spring roll that delivers a delightful blend of crispy vegetables and thinly sliced roasted beef.

The Hamburger at Ringo no Shirae, unlike any other burger you’ve held, is a bite-sized wagyū hamburger that's bursting with flavor and satisfaction, complemented by Ringo no Shirae, the bold Tofu cheese and a slice of green apple.

The Sakuyaki, Sirloin beef cooked in a rich flavor with a beautiful aroma Sakuyaki soup, paired with a tasty cloud egg sauce that's sure to warm your heart with every sip of the soup and a bite of the meat. Cleanse your palate with the Fruit Amaze-zuke, a side dish of pickled guava and papaya. The chef then serves you one of the most popular dishes, the Shabu Shabu, with thinly sliced sirloin beef cooked in boiling water that's clean with Japanese charcoal. Dip your beef in the tiny bowl of Ponzu jelly sauce that adds a sour note to your dish.

Moving on to the grilling part, the charcoal grill offers a choice between the soft beef belly Yakiniku style and the thick, juicy Tenderloin steak. To cook a piece of this remarkable and precious steak would take up to 10 minutes and in the process of cooking the steak must be put to rest 3 times after a few minutes of searing on the grill. That is why they said, “Good things take time”. This special kind of tenderloin is irresistible in every way, with its soft, tender, and juicy texture that melts in your mouth, leaving a smoky and beefy aroma that tantalizes your senses. And they even come with their signature and outstanding sauce.

The intensity of the mouth-watering piece of steak is over, we need to calm ourselves with this Gohan set which is a charming aromatic bowl of Japanese rice steamed in a traditional pot, complemented by a calming yet appealing miso soup that makes you feel at ease. Finally, the Chocolate parfait, a black thick dessert plate with chocolate ice cream drizzled with homemade dark chocolate moose, is the perfect sweet end to your culinary adventure.

The Ōmi wagyū Omakase at Yukiguni comes in two choices, a $100 set with 8 courses and a $150 set with 9 courses per person, and a course takes up to 1 hour to 1:30 hours. To experience this exquisite journey, you must make a reservation a day before the course, as there are only 16 seats available for the Omakase audience.
