#Ingredients

• Sausage
• Mozzarella cheese
• 240g all-purpose flour
• ¼ tsp salt 
• 45g of Sugar
• 1 egg
• 240 ml Milk
• 200g Bread crumbs
• Cooking oil
• Ketchup and mustard

#instructions

• Chop sausage in halves, Then piece them with wooden chopsticks​ 
• Then piece them with a Mozzarella cheese stick 
• After that, For All-purpose flour, sift it by using a strainer into a bowl then add ¼  tsp  of salt, 45g of sugar, 1 egg, and 24ml of milk, then whisk all ingredients together until smooth then pour it in a tall cup 
• Put 200g of breadcrumbs into the container
• Take the sausages that we prepared earlier, dunk it into a cup of batter then afterward lay in on the breadcrumbs, roll it around and squeeze it gently 
• Next step, heat the cooking oil in the pan and wait for it to become hot enough before starting to fry. Fry in medium-high heat, roll it frequently and it takes around 3 minutes for the coat to be golden brown to be served.
