Momo Food & Drink by Sreymom Has Brought You a Unique Vietnamese Cuisine

Today, FoodBuzz has brought you a special recommendation. Our team has tasted three unique Vietnamese foods at Momo Food & Food which is a Khmer celebrity’s Kong Chansreymom. Despite the hectic schedule being a celebrity, Mrs. Sreymom has managed to open three shops including Momo Food & Drink, Momo Fashion as well as Momo Cosmetic which are located next to one another. So now we would like to reveal the experience and taste to you.

Starting with something light and fresh, we have “Shrimp Paste Banh Hoi”. Well, Banh Hoi is a common Vietnamese dish that can be found everywhere in Phnom Penh; however, this one is combined with shrimp paste sauce making it more extraordinary. The dish is prepared and Banh Hoi, meat, and vegetables are served onto the 3 tier dinner plate stand. Pleasing to the eyes and to the palate.

Next, we have Vietnamese crab noodle soup a.k.a. “Bun Rieu Cua”. Not your local soup or pho, this one is made with special soup base along with pork leg, mixed vegetable and crab tomalley allowing the broth to be a little red. But don’t worry! It’s not spicy at all. Served with shrimp paste and a little fish sauce, this food is loved by everyone.

Last but not least, chocolate toast for a dessert after meal is a must-try! A sweet combination of bread and ice cream as well as syrup on the side would make you admire it after the first bite. Perfect for a hot day and tiring evening.
