Floating on the Mekong River, Mekong Bungalows - Floatation has been gripping lots of local attention by its unique look lately. 

The place is an open space therefore, visitors get to sit, sip their drinks and enjoy the river breezes. I really loved the fresh air, it felt as if the wind washed all my worries away. However, the near construction site and the ferries produced quite a lot of noise and the music was played a little too loudly. Would have been nicer if it was a bit quieter and calmer personally. 

I had two drinks, The Pink Khmer and Whiskey Shower. The Pink Khmer was like an enemy to my tastebuds. It was too bitter for me. Whiskey Shower was my favorite though. It was well-balanced of sourness and bitterness, probably one of the greatest cocktails I have had. 

This floating wooden place also serves a big menu of both Asian and European dishes. I had pepperoni pizza, just good old pepperoni with punches of tabasco sauce. 

Do try their Dark Chocolate Brownies with Vanilla Ice cream! Both the brownie and the ice cream weren't too sweet. I love it a bunch!

The beauty of the Mekong Bungalowa - Floatation increases when the sun is setting. The open space allows a full view of the golden sky that meets with the river water currents. What a sight!

Overall, this place is a nice place for both romantic dates and friendly meetups due to its vibes. A less noisy atmosphere would make it even nicer!
