While you can find matcha drinks in many places in Phnom Penh; however, it is rare to see a shop specialising in matcha drinks. Today, FoodBuzz will introduce a new buzzing matcha shop in town — Matcha Venture.

Matcha Venture has been in business since last year. Despite being in the business only for a short period of time, Matcha Venture has captured many lovers’ heart because of their authentic and high-quality Matcha drinks.

Being the key ingredient, their matcha is imported from Japan, making each drinks and dessert very authentic and giving off original aroma of the finely grounded green tea powder. All drinks are handmade and undergone certain steps brewing, whisking and pouring into cups till perfection. Matcha Venture offers an extensive menu of matcha drinks, starting from freshly brewed hot tea to Matcha Slushie with soft fluffy matcha ice-cream on top. On the top of that, Matcha Venture also offers interesting snack options like Matcha cookies, Matcha Chocolate soft cookies and Houjicha brownies.

Once you step in, you will get a lovely smile and greeting from the staffs. The interior design is in cute Japanese style, not to mention, there is even a cute “stress-free study zone” upstairs. The ambience is nice and peaceful which is cozy and comfortable environment for relaxing, reading, or studying.

You don’t have to worry about parking space as there is enough space for cars and you can park your motorcycles in-front of the shop!
