This restaurant has been serving Khmer Noodles for 35 years! The recipes are passed down from the current owners’ mother and the taste and style are still exactly the same!
70-80kg of rice noodles were sold every day before the pandemic and during this Covid-19 crisis, 40-50kg are served daily.
There are three types of broth to eat with the rice noodles.
Original Khmer Fish Broth, made with Kreoung, crushed fish meat and a touch of ProHok creating a very flavorful taste and a nice aroma.
NamYa Broth, being marigold-red in color, this broth tastes sweet with strokes of crushed fish meat and a creamy finish.
Khmer Curry Broth, being rich and creamy, this one has chicken as protein with toppings of chicken feet and steamed chicken blood.
