Having some fruits at home but don’t feel like eating them fresh? Maybe you can try making this good-looking and mouth-watering jelly fruit cake by following the easy recipe as shown below:
#What you need for fruit jelly
- Water 300ml
- Fruit juice 150ml (can be any flavors)
- Maple or honey syrup 60ml
- Agar-agar powder 2 tsp
- Fruit (diced) (can be any fruits but it is better to make it colorful)
#What you need for the coconut layer
- Coconut milk 170ml
- Water 60ml
- Agar-agar powder 1tsp
- Maple or honey syrup 3 tsp
#How to prepare
- Pour all of the fruit jelly ingredients except the fruit in a pot and give a good stir.
- Bring it to a boil and then pour in a glass container or any molds.
- Add in the diced fruit and stir them well to make it look nice.
- Place in the fridge until it becomes firm.
- Pour the coconut layer into a pot and bring it to a boil.
- Pour onto the fruit jelly.
- Place in the fridge for about 3-4 hours or overnight to get it firm perfectly.
