Crazy Hot Chili Garlic Sauce Recipe

#Ingredients:

  • 15-gram red chilies
  • 1 shallot
  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 10 tbsp of rice vinegar or lime juice
  • 1 ½ tbsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp of brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp of vegetable oil

#Instructions:

1.  Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

2.  Transfer to a small pot, cover, and simmer on low for 10 minutes.

3.  Stir and add a little bit of water.

4.  Cover and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

5.  Store in an airtight glass jar and refrigerate. The sauce will keep in the fridge for up to 1 month or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
