Hey, Claire! is an online bakery with one thousand followers on Instagram. Hey, Claire! sells eclairs, mousse cakes, and cakes with a wide variety of flavors. 

I was stunned when I saw how pretty and​ elegant the eclairs and mousse cakes were. They were literal eye candies!

Hey, Claire! describes itself to use natural ingredients, Belgium chocolate, no MSG, especially margarine, which is a very good replacement for butter for those who are thoughtful of their health and just everyone else.

My top three favorite eclairs are the Chocolate (Chocolate cream & glaze, crunchy Pailletée Feuilletine), Pistachio (Pistachio cream & glaze, crushed pistachios), and Mojito (Lime cream & glaze, mint gel). The flavors were just so balanced on a point, I definitely have nothing to comment on. Plus, I can tell that the ingredients are high-quality and the desserts are very carefully prepared and well-thought-out.

I ate so many of the eclairs and my stomach was packed but my mouth was asking for more! It was everyone’s favorite!
