FoodBuzz got the honor of being invited to try Genki Sushi’s new dishes and being the bearer of the good news that Genki Sushi will open their 2nd branch in AEON Mall 2 next month, from 15th May.

The two new Sushi dishes we tried are the Volcano Roll and Lotus Roll. Both are topped with tiny chops of fresh salmon but Volcano roll is more on the spicy side and topped with a mix of crab meat and roe.

Lotus Roll is called Lotus roll because well….there is a piece of deep-fried lotus root on each and every roll. Very instagrammable and definitely a must-try!
