Originating in Japan, Genki Sushi is the first Japanese sushi chain that brought to Cambodia, Genki Sushi persists in selecting freshest ingredients and providing the automated direct-to-table sushi delivery and original Japanese-style dining the experience to dinners.

Back in June 2018, Genki Sushi launched a second outlet located in AEON Mall Sen Sok. Right now, an applause to them that the new outlet is finally up running with a flow of crowd. Despite the crowd, you still get to enjoy the Japanese vibe from Genki Sushi and the speedy freshness and service. Genki is also well-known for their seasonal menu full of interesting twists on traditional sushi.

What are those cuisines though?

Genki serves many sushi sets like “Bento X’mas Edition” & “Sushi Lovers” or individual ones like the exquisite “Salmon Szechuan”. All sets comes with different and colorful sushi pleasing you twice, once in the eye and another in the tongue. Either you love your sushi raw or cooked, any Genki sushi will never disappoint you. Pour in a little wasabi and soy sauce on the side for a bit of spice!

Next, “Lotus Roll”! we decide to describe this as “more than sushi”....since the rice were rolled up once and then deep-fried another time. Plus, fried lotus roots are assembled on top with a few red caviars making the dish very delicate and instagram-worthy.

Folks who do not fancy sushi that much, fear not…! Genki’s got you covered. “Genki Salad”! A bowl of fresh vegetables with salmon and red caviar on top. Flavorful and healthy!

Love Bento that are always showcased in Japanese film and anime? Well, now’s your chance! Genki also serves a elegant lunch box with four smaller side dishes: stir-fried seafood, mixed salad, miso soup and steamed egg custard. All the savors in one set…Yum!
