Most of us must have already tasted sushi, right? But this one, it totally sounds weird and new to us. That is why FoodBuzz would like to present the brand new gelato, which is known as “Gelato Sushi”. And it’s only available at Gelatofix.

Gelato Sushi is a type of ice-cream that is made into sushi shape and is served in a boat bowl. You can enjoy various 6 flavors which we will introduce one by one. Starts with, Gelato Al Cioccolato E Wasabi is a type of Gelato Sushi that contains Wasabi and is wrapped by dark chocolate. It provides a little bitter flavor which goes go great together with the freshly made fruit rolls that are made from the fruit juice.

The second one is Gelato Al Umeboshi, which has the round shape with chocolate and is wrapped by black and white sesame.  Cioccolate Bianco Al Miso contains white chocolate with Miso. For Gelato Al Riso E Zenzero (Raspberry) and Gelato Al Riso E Zenzero ( Mango), they are topped with raspberry and mango that provide the sweet-and-sour flavor together with the rice and ginger ice-cream under the fruit topping.

Last but not least, Gelato Lampone Lychee Cononut provides lychee flavor with coconut flake as the topping. The overall taste of Gelato Sushi is just unique as it contains sweet, bitter, spicy, sour, and sweet-and-sour kind of flavor at the same time. A boat bowl of Gelato Sushi is just a perfect combination!
