Brighten up your day with These Hearty and Flavorful Porridge frog stew!

  • We all know that the most important ingredient in frog stew is obviously the frog, so get 4 of them, clean it thoroughly, and chop it into small pieces.
  • Now, Let’s get take a look at what we need: 
    • Ingredients:
  1. White wine
  2. Fresh chili
  3. Sugar
  4. Chinese soy sauce 
  5. Oyster sauce 
  6. Corn flour 
  7. Soup powder
  8. Green onion: 5 pieces
  9. Garlic: 4 bulbs
  10. Thinly sliced ginger: 4 tablespoon 
  11. Dried chili: 10 pieces
  • Firstly, we start by seasoning the frog: 

    • Ingredients:
  1. We the chopped-up frogs, then add
  2. 2 tablespoons of Chinese soy sauce 
  3. 1 tablespoon of cooking oil ()
  4. 1 pinch of grounded pepper
  5. 3 tablespoons of cooking white wine

  1. 2 tablespoons of sugar
  2. 1 tablespoon of soup powder
  3. 1 pinch of grounded pepper

  5. 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
  6. 200ml of boiled water

Mix all the ingredients together and put them aside.

  3. 4 tablespoons of chopped ginger (stir it until all those condiments smell great)
  4. Add the seasoned frog in (stir in for a few minutes at least 3 minutes)
  5. Add the sauce in (mix and stir them together then leave it to boil for at least 5 minutes)
  6. Mix 2 tablespoons of cornflour and put it with water (put in the boiling stew)
