Introducing a recipe to make Fried Rice Balls: Uniquely delicious, easy & quick to make!

Are you a rice lover? If you are, I just want to say I feel you to the bone, everything just goes so well with rice except just a few things. Enough of the saying! Right here, right now, FoodBuzz will introduce you to a recipe to make Fried Rice Balls at home with accessible ingredients and will be done in just a blink of an eye. 

Ingredients 

  1. Cooked rice (500g)
  2. Crushed seaweed
  3. Dried shrimps (Optional)
  4. White sesame seeds (20g)
  5. Black sesame seeds (20g)
  6. Egg (1 egg)
  7. Breadcrumbs 
  8. Crab sticks (Chopped into small cubes)
  9. Cheddar cheese (Chopped into small pieces)
  10. Soy sauce (2 tbsps)
  11. Sugar (1tbsp)
  12. Chilli flakes (0.5tbsp)
  13. Stir-fried chili flakes (0.5tbsp)
  14. Cooking oil (0.5tbsp)

Recipe

1. Grab a small bowl and make our sauce by thoroughly mixing the soy sauce, sugar, chili flakes, stir-fried chili flakes & cooking oil then set aside

2. Grab a big bowl and put the rice, crushed seaweed, dried shrimps, white & black sesame seeds, and the mixed sauce in 

3. Combine it all together until thoroughly 

4. Crack an egg, whisk it and prepare some breadcrumbs

5. Shape the rice into balls and don’t forget to put the crab sticks and the cheese in the middle

6. Dip the rice balls into the whisked egg & the breadcrumbs 

7. Heat up cooking oil then deep fry the balls on high fire until golden brown (About 3-4mins)

8. Prepare optional mayo for additional dipping and we’re done!
