Crispy Fried Milk recipe

Value your free time at home by making this trendy snack, fried milk. Your stomach would be thankful for treating them with this crispy yet creamy as well as milky snack for sure.

#Ingredients

  • Coconut milk 1 cup 1/4 cup milk
  • Cornstarch 3 tbsp. 
  • Sugar 3 tbsp.
  • Eggs 2 large
  • Cornstarch for coating 1/4 cup
  • Breadcrumbs 1 cup
  • Oil for deep-frying

#Instructions 

1. Start mixing coconut milk, milk, cornstarch, and sugar in a bowl, then heat it by using low high-heat and keep stir until thickened. 

2. Pour the mixture into a square baking pan and cool it down until well hardened in the fridge for 40-60 minutes.

3. Carryout and cut into small strip around 5cm long and 3cm wide

4. Coat it with the starch, egg, and breadcrumbs in order.

5. Pour oil into the pan and heat it until hot enough then start putting 4-5 pieces on a flat strainer, dip the strainer in, and fry until it's lightly golden brown as well as crispy. 

6. Lastly, use the kitchen to absorb extra oil and enjoy your fried milk while it's hot.
