Are you craving food crispy, sour-sweet, and spicy things? Then this savory yet easy-fried canned fish recipe is the one for you. 

#Ingredients:

  • Fish canned 1can
  • Sliced red onion 1tsp
  • Sliced lemon grass 1tsp
  • Lemon juice ½ tsp.
  • Fish sauce ½ tsp.
  • Sugar ½ tsp.
  • Bird's eye chili (preference) 
  • Flour 100grams
  • Egg 1
  • Bread crumbs 50grams

#Instructions:

  • Separate fish canned meat with sauce fish canned.
  • Coat fish canned meat with flour then egg, and lastly with breadcrumbs
  • Heat cooking oil in the pan with medium-high heat, then put the prepared fish canned meat mixture in, fry until it becomes golden brown. 
  • Bring the fish canned sauce and mix it thoroughly with lemon juice, fish sauce, sugar, sliced Bird's eye chili, red onion, and lemongrass.
  • Place the fried fish canned on the plate, then pour the sauce mixture that prepares earlier on top.
