#Ingredients:
- Fish canned 1can
- Sliced red onion 1tsp
- Sliced lemon grass 1tsp
- Lemon juice ½ tsp.
- Fish sauce ½ tsp.
- Sugar ½ tsp.
- Bird's eye chili (preference)
- Flour 100grams
- Egg 1
- Bread crumbs 50grams
#Instructions:
- Separate fish canned meat with sauce fish canned.
- Coat fish canned meat with flour then egg, and lastly with breadcrumbs
- Heat cooking oil in the pan with medium-high heat, then put the prepared fish canned meat mixture in, fry until it becomes golden brown.
- Bring the fish canned sauce and mix it thoroughly with lemon juice, fish sauce, sugar, sliced Bird's eye chili, red onion, and lemongrass.
- Place the fried fish canned on the plate, then pour the sauce mixture that prepares earlier on top.
