De Charcuterie, the right place to find a French charcuterie board in Phnom Penh

Charcuterie board is not something native to Asia much less for Cambodia. When the first Phnom Penh Charcuterie board shop finally opened in Phnom Penh called De Charcuterie, we know that we had to get our hand on it and try the cheeseboard.

A charcuterie board is a great element for any celebration whether it for a birthday party, house warming, promotion party, and so on. We ordered it to celebrate one of our colleague's birthdays.

When the Charcuterie cheese board arrived, we are all very excited. The board was just as we expected. It was very pretty, neatly arranged with a pile of cheese, cured meats, and fresh fruits. The smell of cheeses, you just cannot hide it.

I tried the prosciutto with brie cheese and grapes. Let me just tell you, it was such a flavor bomb! The brie is so creamy, so milky, it pairs so well with the salty prosciutto and the sweetness of the crunchy grape! So well-balanced. The cracker and cheese dip was great as well.

One of the must-try combos is the cheddar cheese with spicy salami and bread! Highly recommend drizzling it on with honey as well! It was slightly spicy, salty, cheesy, and sweet. All the flavor that everyone likes!

There are three sizes of the Charcuterie boxes at the De Charcuterie with different arrangements and ingredients. The small one is $25, the medium is $45 while the large one is $55. There are only two sizes of the Charcuterie cheese board in which the small one costs $75 and the large one costs $90. Not to mention, there are specially-added-on ingredients such as the black truffle spread, Foie Gras, and gorgonzola.

If you want to try it, you can place an order on the De Charcuterie Facebook page or call 076 222 2839.
