Looking for a Café with a variety of unique drinks and cute and different cakes and pastries to go on a date? Today, FoodBuzz would like to introduce a coffee shop called “FreeSia Coffee & Bakery”.

What’s different about the drinks and food?  If you have seen FreeSia's drinks, you will understand. Such as the FreeSia Latte, if you hear latte in a coffee shop you would just expect it to be espresso and milk, not when you are in Freesia, they tend to add another special homemade ingredient with their cream. It tastes catchy the moment you drink it, it’s sweet and slightly salty at the same time. Not only the taste that catches your taste buds but also the look of the drink itself will still catch your eyes, the texture of the cream that was put on top of the coffee flows down within the coffee layer, making it seem like it’s snowing in a desert. Beautiful enough to take pictures. 

On top of that, what is more special, is the quality of the coffee beans. FreeSia mixes Arabica coffee beans with other coffee beans from 3 different countries to make their espresso shot unique and flavorful which comes with a very gentle taste, the espresso is light, yet strong at the same time. FreeSia has up to six signature drinks in store, including Freesia Latte, Butter cream Latte, Caramel milk, Strawberry Matcha, Yuzu Matcha, and Iced peach tea.

However, there is one best-selling drink that FoodBuzz wants to recommend and that would be Butter Cream Latte. The coffee has a slightly yet bitter and flavorful taste of espresso served with a sweet and salty creamy cream on top. Makes you feel like you are enjoying something new with this bitter-sweet, creamy, thick, and delightful cup of flavor. Alongside that, there’s the cake and pastries at FreeSia that could not be missed. Every kind of cake in the cafe has such an exquisite flavor to it, they are not too sweet nor too blend, it's perfect for those who don’t have a sweet tooth, not only that it tastes great but the presentation itself could already take all your attention. The pastries are cute and pretty, making you want to capture them before devouring them. 

Since Freesia Café is located around Central Market, most of which are workplaces, their guests are all office workers, but cute youngsters and Zoomers like admin can still go and vibe at the café.  "FreeSia Coffee & Bakery "is mostly busy in the morning from 8 to 11 and in the afternoon from 3 to 5.
